House 20 Claremont
The design for the alterations and additions to this house resulted in retaining the original four rooms of the federation house and incorporating a contemporary addition to the rear.
The original house was integral to the streetscape and it’s character maintained with care.
The linked addition is clearly recognisable as new work, while paying respect to the form and materials of the old. The house now functions as a contemporary dwelling appropriate for the lifestyle of the owners.
